Return Policy and Procedure

We would never want a customer to have A HORRIBLE OCCASION with our products, but we know that occasionally you may be surprised with what you get! Never fear – if you would like to return or exchange items we have a few simple steps to follow.

Our BAD

Any products that were incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged or with a manufacturers defect are ‘our bad’. We are abjectly and sincerely sorry!!! We will immediately ship out the correct merchandise.

  • Contact us at: CustomerService@AnyHorribleOccasion.comto get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return shipping instructions.
  • Include your name, the invoice number and the problem.
  • RMAs must be requested within 10 business days.

Your BAD (Retail Customers)

If you ordered the wrong items, changed your mind, repented or are otherwise unhappy it is ‘Your Bad’, but we will be happy to work with you.

  • All returned merchandise must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • To get an RMA e-mail us at: CustomerService@AnyHorribleOccasion.com
  • Include your name, the invoice number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Specify if you would like a refund, exchange or credit.

For all returns the following criteria must be met:

  • Returns must be received within 30 days.
  • All items must be in totally pristine, resalable condition (including the envelopes).
  • All returns must have an RMA.
  • Shipping will be your responsibility.
  • Items requesting a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds (minus the initial shipping and restocking fee) will be credited to your credit card.

We are very aware that some items sell better than others in different areas of the country. If you have products that are not selling as quickly as you would like you may exchange the offending product for other items or request a credit.

  • All returned merchandise must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
